We were dealt with politely and efficiently, the sales man listened and gave us options to all our questions, he knew what he was selling and he had to work to get the sale. We had been at Beson's for bed prior and both stores were grubby and the sales assistants were dis interested and did not know what they were doing. Very pleased with the sales assistant, his manor, and his professionalism.

The knowledge of the sales assistant was very helpful in finding the correct mattress to go with the frame we had already decided we wanted. He offered different choices as we were in a hurry for the bed and the delivery dates had an impact on our finial choice. Over all we are very pleased with the help we got and the finial price.

Sales assistant Paula at DFS Straiton was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new mattress much easier. She was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for.

Very unspecific and indecisive when we entered the store. The sales rep helped us understand our options and choose the right bed. We then shipped around and even tho Dreams were quite a bit mor expensive than another bed we saw, we can back as the service was so much better.

The assiastant in the shop,keith,was very helpfull&very patint he let us try lots of different matresses and was very informative.very pleasant young man .we would come back again.thank you.mrs ingram

Paula the customer assistant was very welcoming, gave us a talk on the comfort zone explaining the different colours. Encouraged us to try out all the beds then explained that in each colour zone there were different prices, styles and firmness of beds and mattresses. She even gave us different pillows to get a proper feel of the beds we were trying

The staff at the store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, super customer service, in particular David and Frank.

The friendly, easy going approach of the customer assistant Sebastian (real name Szabolcs) made my 2 visits to this store stress free. I visited early November on my own with the view to purchasing a new superking mattress and spent 1.5 hours with Sebastian discussing mattresses. I understood that he was very new to the company but he was very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated that there was no hard sell. I returned on 22nd November with my husband in tow and even though we were approached immediately by another member of staff, I saw Sebastian and asked for him. Both he and the Store Manager recognised me from my earlier visit. Again, Sebastian was friendly, professional without a hard sell and easy going, fun and knowledgeable. He explained all the mattress types, availability and costs etc easily and promptly. We spent another hour testing mattresses before purchasing. On this occasion we did not shop around (we usually do this thoroughly) - I wanted to buy a mattress from Sebastian as he is a credit to the store and the Store Manager.
