Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

My husband and I, went into Dreams, Straiton EDINBURGH, We where welcomed by Frank who from start to finish was amazing. We did not have a clue what type of mattress we where looking for,he gave us totally unbiased option , gave us the amazing Tempur experience video and a coffee. Perfect. Also although always on hand gave us private time to discuss various mattresses and was on hand to answer any questions. Validation code that Frank gave us is 181

Fantastic service & great knowledge from Keith

Frank the store manager in the straiton store made us feel valued. He took the time to show us the differences in the mattresses and patiently followed us around the store when we couldn't make our minds up. His customer service gave us exactly the type of experience we look for when shopping for large considered purchases. He had to leave us but handed us over to Keith who knew exactly what we had been looking at to finalise our purchases. Keith was friendly and chatty and a person you would definitely want to buy from. In summary this store has fantastic staff led by a very "un boss" like figurehead in Frank. Will definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

The sales assistant introduced herself to us, and then gave us time to test the various mattresses on offer without bothering us.

The Sales Lady who helped me try out a mattress and eventually buy one was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the product and very patient with me. I shall certainly recommend Dreams to anyone I know wishing to buy a mattress.

Sebastian, the assistant at the Straiton store was extremely helpful. He provided us with all the information we required to make our selection and assisted us with our many queries. We have not yet received the delivery of our purchase, due next week, but were very happy with the bed and mattress we have purchased.
