The staff were very courteous and friendly and not at all pushy. They went out of there way to give advice on what type of bed may suit your needs. Also offered a much needed coffee and time to think of our decision.

The sales person was very professional and courteous.

Very happy with the service we received.We were given all information required and left to decide which bed we wanted without being presurised.The shop assistant was 1st class.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Keith at Straiton in Edinburgh. He had good knowledge of the products and provided me with options to consider. He was very helpful and had really nice approach.

David was very friendly from the outset, however with out a glimmer of being pushy for the sale. He was relaxed, but knowledgeable to explain the detail we required and took the time and patience whilst we pondered our options. There was a little friendly banter from the other staff too.

The assistant was a very presentable ,smartly dressed,spoke clearly,had a neat tidy beard. He was very informative very efficient in answering and obtaining answers to my and my wife's questions. Nothing was a bother to him, he opened up the bed storage areas and discussed the various mattress options available. His name was David and a credit to your straiton store.
