The assistant Paula was extremely efficient,knowledgeable and with the perfect degree of friendliness. Also we found the items that were perfect for my wife and I. We are now interested in other Dream products due to Paula demonstrating there advantages. Her colleague was also very friendly. You should be proud of your team.

Your 40 day guarantee is a briliant idea. I paid more than i intended to, i was looking to spend between £700 - £1000, however i do believe i have selected the right product for my needs. Pleasant feel about the shop which is laid out for the ease of examining the products and gaining a quick understanding of what was on offer. Staff could not be more helpful and happy to spend as much time as was necessary to ensure we bought the best product for our specific needs. Enjoyed the experience in the pod which gave much detail as to put our minds at rest that we were purchasing a high end product to last efficiently for many years. The representative who served us went out of his way to enquire to our exact needs and specifically gave us guidance.
