The sales person (Keith) was most helpfull with all aspects of my needs from understanding my back and neck problems to explaining what pillows that might be the most useful. Keith offered only great advice.he was not pushy at all and handled the sale very profetionaly.

We needed a new mattress, and we arrived on a sale day. So we were able to get one at a sale price. Satisfaction. The only thing that was dissappointing was the delivery time and price. Very expensive delivery costs for a very slow delivery.

On entering the Dreams store I was welcomed with a smile and asked if I needed any help with anything. Always nice to be acknowledged when entering a store. I was looking for a certain mattress, which was the same as I had purchased from Dreams a few years previously , unfortunately you no longer stock this product but I was shown three alternative mattresses . Although disappointed at this point , I was then reassured when I was told about the 40 day replacement if I was not entirely satisfied with the comfort of the new mattress .

The assistant manager was very helpful on our first visit. So much so that once we tried other stores we realised that we would just go back to see him. On our return he had filled in the manager as he was not in that morning we returned. The manager was just as helpful and nice. When we had made our choice, going with their recommendations, the actual sale was done quick and well. The assistant manager came in half way through the payment process and both he and the manager helped out at that point to make the sale a happy one. Very happy. Hope the delivery and the product stand up to the service we have had so far.

The sales people were all nice even though they were not serving us they all spoke,the guy serving us was really nice VERY PATIENT as I have back/hip problems and had to be thorough in my choice he didn't make me feel uncomfortable so thanks to him sorry can't remember his name,got a bit of discount too so happy days 😊 😊

Friendly and informative. Helpful but importantly not pushy and space given for you to talk/consider options.

Very pleased with customer service in the store. Very helpful work force always there if you needed anything. Very knowledgeable staff. Made our choice very easy. Price was very reasonable as well which made choice easy.

Sebastian took time to allow me to try out a number of beds and was kind to my wee one who was running about. He had good knowledge of the products.

My partner and I came looking for a sofa bed, Paula helped us, gave us a very nice and warming cup of coffee, she offered the different options for the sofa that we were looking for. We were highly pleased with her and the rest of colleagues, she was very helpful and nice, a real value for your store!!! Gracias Paula!!!

The assistant was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the products. Was very attentive without being pushy. Good range of products and well layed out.
