David was friendly and helpful and informative and laughed at my jokes. He didn't put any high pressure on us to buy anything we didn't want to. His manager Frank was also friendly and helpful.

Keith was my helper and his knowledge was excellent, he knew the right questions to ask and work out what I wanted. I am not the easiest but I knew what I did want and he helped me very expertly and his sales skills were finely tuned and I even bought some pillows. He even made me a cup of tea!

We were satisfied as the sales assistant was friendly and asked appropriate questions with out being pushy or in any way trying to sell us a more expensive item he showed us all the options in our price range answered our questions then allowed us time to try out the beds and make our decision.

The salesman David was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.
