Furniture was exactly what we were looking for.

I always find the staff very knowledgeable and friendly always going the extra mile even though they are very busy. Iv'e been in this store many times with different people and the above information is always consistent throughout my visits. So this time I didn't hesitate going to the same store without venturing any where else. Again the staff member who dealt with me made the transaction very easy. The store always looks fresh and within a few days of two visits the displays had changed, making the store look fresh.

I got exactly what I was looking for. The women that I dealt with was very helpful. Also received some good discounts.

the colleague was perfect for the job he listened to all we said and guided us to exactly what we were looking for the level of service could not have been improved on and the coffee was an extra but very welcome bonus on a winter day when snow lay on the ground

We didn't feel under pressure to buy .The assistant was pleasant knowledgeable and helpful when asked to explain the different benefits of the products .
