The range of beds available was to a high standard and the customer service was exceptional. Frank from the Straiton store in Edinburgh was extremely helpful from start to finish.

Paula was very understanding of our needs and let us try many beds to find the right one for our needs in total we spent nearly 2 hours choosing the right bed and mattress and head board and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and our needs

The girl who served us looked after us in every way , from a cup of tea when we first went in till we left. She explained the benefits of insurance without forcing it on and all in all she was very pleasant and helpful and a credit to the store

When we arrived at your store we were welcomed by your staff and started to look at beds and matresses. As we were walking between beds Keith came over and introduced himself,he let us try out several and I must say his product knowledge was very impressive and he was very patient with no pressure sell , the shop was very clean and tidy and very well set out , this was our second visit and purchase from your store and will again and we will strongly recommend to others .

Paula was extremely helpful and was knowledgable about how the product we chose and answered any queries we had initially.

I'm 83 years old and hadn't purchased a new mattress in many years. The Sales Assistant was very helpful and explained all I needed to know about the different options available. I was very happy indeed!

We went to Martin and frost initially to buy a mattress and they weren't interested in our custom. We then came to dreams and the experience couldn't have been any different. The manager took time to speak to us and listen to what we were looking for. He encouraged us to try out the beds and then helped us choose one that suited us. He wasn't over bearing, left us to try out and chat and was very good at selling! A very pleasant experience in all.
