I had already searched online to decide what I wanted to purchase but chose to visit the store as I physically wanted to see the bed frame. Your assistant wasn't all all pushy, he was extremely polite, directed me to the bed I was looking for and told me to give him a shout if I wanted assistance. This is a major influence for me, I cannot stand salespeople harassing me. Once I'd made my decision Gary asked if I wanted to be shown any alternatives based on my criteria and again accepted my decision not to without any pressure. The order process was extremely fast and efficient and I was offered a choice of delivery dates. Gary then explained I will receive a call around 08.00am on the day of delivery confirming a two-hour time slot for actually receiving my bed. Gary offered insurance and assembly facilities of which I accepted the assembly option.

The two Dreams salesmen were very helpful and knowledgeable. The shopping experience was very good.

We were greeted shortly after entering the store, and were quickly shown how to work with the color system that was being employed. We were then left to look around which gave us the chance to make our own minds up without being pressured, once we had decided on a style of mattress we then had good access to someone who could point us in the direction of exactly what we were looking for.

We were attended to by Keith We were highly impressed that be remembered us from a visit to the store in 2014! He looked at our previously purchased mattress to help us with our new purchase as we wanted a similar mattress. Keith is one of the best salesmen we have ever encountered - he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very charming and friendly, yet not at all pushy. He helped us find a perfect bed and mattress for our needs. We will definitely be back to Dreams to fit out the rest of the bedrooms in our new house.

Keith helped me by showing the options available. I have mobility problems and he took time to make sure I was happy with my choice. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. All round a great experience.

great service. explained what different colours meant and suggested we picked a pillow similar to what we all ready had or something we would like. left us alone to try out the mattresses and once we had narrowed it down to a few make some suggestion of similar ones. offer tea and coffee even gave my toddler a balloon.
