Admin etc was easy to complete and the overall experience of investing over £1200 in a new mattress was made as painless as possible. The staff all had an open, relaxed approach to customers, particularly when engaging with the toddler while his mother discussed business. The lay out of the store, flow around the stock and overall cleanliness encouraged us to make the purchase there and then - after a less successful visit to another company a few weeks earlier.
