We found staff to be very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the bed we were looking at. We visited the shop 3 times looking at the bed and never once did we feel we were wasting their time .

A well informed shop assistant who listened to my needs carefully,evaluated that information,and proceeded to show me the various options based on price and quality

Keith the sales guy was extremely helpful, had good product knowledge and understood what I was looking for and assisted to secure the appropriate product.

We were assisted by Sebastian who was very knowledgable and attentive. He guided us through the process, outlining the different options well. He let us take our time making a decision but was also on hand to answer questions. We found the whole experience very welcoming, from Sebastian's manner to the cups of tea!

Purchased a bed and mattress from the dreams store in loanhead, midlothian. Was served by Gary and the service was top quality. Received some fantastic information and was pleased with the deal I received.

I got everything I wanted and was helped by the staff to make sure it was the right choice for me

returned after 3 weeks and Keith remembered assisting us. Remembered our preferences and listened to our opinions and decisions without trying to oversale additional items. Paid for delivery of matress but refused to pay an addition payment to get the old one taken away ( my only gripe)

The sales assistant (Gary) was very good and attentive. He listened to our requirements and then showed us various mattresses, helping us narrow down our decision to two mattresses. He had a very professional approach and we didnt't feel rushed at all during the decision making process.
