STAFF WERE VERY KNOWLEGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE BUT LEFT US TO OUR OWN DEVICES AND DIDNT HASSLE US

I found my visit to dreams a happy one from meeting the salesman and the conclusion of the sale was a pleasant one much to my satisfaction

We were served by Paula who was outstanding in her helpfulness. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we were in the shop for hours! We tried 11 beds, each time narrowing down our choice with Paula's guidance. Eventually we chose a therapur tranquility bed with ottoman base. Paula opened our eyes to all the possibilities and we are very pleased with our purchase. Dreams certainly far surpassed our experience at John Lewis the day before and anyway John Lewis could not supply a bed in our timescale of 4 weeks. We will now always recommend Dreams and return there ourselves in the future. Soon we will return to buy another headboard and bedside tables.

Keith from straiton was fantastic. We hate pushy salesman, he read us well, was informative the right amount of casual and friendly and fun to buy from. Top marks.

Very quickly recieved help and within 30 seconds narrowed down our search to three beds. Time was given to try each bed and pillow and advice given on differences between them. We spent much more than planned but still left feeling like we had got a great deal. Very happy with finance option, quick delivery date and mattress insurance.

Keith quickly understood our preferences, but made sure we were aware of the range of options that could meet them. He clearly explained, and answered all our questions, gave useful suggestions and guidance and helped us really well to settle on what seemed the best option for us. Highly satisfactory and professional help.

My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress. We had already visited two other shops. We were beginning to think separate beds may be the only option as we could not agree. Gary gauged this immediately and somehow got us to work on the issue together and gave us the confidence to be guided by him. We were hesitant at first as a friend had warned us away from dreams - too pushy and too expensive allegedly. We didn't find this to be the case. In fact Gary was quite comfortable that we go away and have a last think before purchasing. He didn't push the close of sale which made us feel relaxed and confident to return and pay.
