Friendly staff and helped us to choose the right bed frame and mattress of our choice and was offer a cup of tea while we where looking and when we were at the desk

The gentleman (Keith) was very knowledgeable about the products, he listened to what we were looking for an then pointed us to the relevant products to save time. He was also professional in his sell on techniques and made the transaction an easy and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend him and the company in the future.

I was looking to buy a new bed and mattress. I had already chosen my bed frame online but needed assistance in selecting the right kind of mattress. I was helped by an assistant called David who was very pleasant and new the answers to any questions I had. His help was great and he was not too intrusive either - giving me all the time I needed to make up my mind on which mattress to go for. A good experience all round.

The store was well laid out and clean with plenty of goods on display. We were attended to by Paula who made us coffee while we browsed. Paula was very helpful without being pushy (don't like pushy salespeople ) and she explained the various features of the beds we looked at as well as offers on other items if we purchased a bed. We settled on a Wilson king size bed and also bought a duvet, fitted sheets and a duvet set. Thought the extended warranty was a good price for 8 year cover so we took that as well. all in all a pleasant experience so would recommend.
