The service I received was excellent and the knowledge of the staff was second to none.

The range of beds in the store was a good combination of value for money and more luxury choices. the layout of available mattresses according to hardness was definitely helpful. The idea of having a coffee when entering the store is much appreciated.

Knowledge of the shop assistant (Sebastian) and his ability to answer our questions. He gave time to think and consider different options.

Good range of products. Knowledgeable member of staff, keen to make sure we tried out all available mattress types until we found one that suited us.

There was so much to choose from that it was difficult to get the right mattress but with the help of Paula we found the right one for us

Good selection Assistant explained where to find the item we were looking for then left us to make a decision on our own but was always available if required.

Didn't really know what we were looking for. Keith explained how the mattresses were coded etc. Very helpful and appreciated how knowledge of all the products. Offered us tea and coffee as well which was a nice addition. Excellent service and Keith did not rush us and didn't overpower us like some advisors can, gave us time to decide and was always on hand to answer any questions. He is an asset to the company.

The experience upon entering dreams was exemplary. We were instantly greeted at the door and taken through our options by Paula. The experience from start to finish was informative, friendly and very thorough.

Sebastian was very friendly, he listened to all our requirements and helped us choose the ideal bed and mattress combination. He was also very good in getting us a very good deal for our order which made it affordable on our budget.
