The Assistant ( Gary ) was extremely helpful but not pushy. Very polite and he discussed with us our needs ( husbands bad back ) then took us round all the options . We were not rushed at all and fully understood our purchase. We were not impressed with the cascading water at the entrance to the store due to torrential rain and extremely leaky gutters and burst downpipes.

The assistant Gary was thorough and took the time to understand my needs. he showed me enough examples so as not o confuse me and put no pressure on me to make a purchase at any time.

Keith, the service assistant had excellent knowledge and understood the problems that my wife & I were having with our mattress at home. He was able to direct us to a far better one.
