Been to dreams twice now because every thing from first stepping into shop and to the final delivery went as planned. Paula our sales person not only knew the products extremely well she explained all the colour coding headboards . The store is well layed out and the team do not pressure you into buying. They made us feel very comfortable and gave use great advise in relation to what we were looking for.

We came in looking for bed frame only but Frank assisted us and found a mattress that really was a good fit for us. We were happy enough to purchase the mattress and a bed frame. Frank was very informed and helpful in making our decision. Paula was very helpful at explaining the purchase process including finance and warranty, which we took. Overall we had a great buying experience thanks to the amazing staff.
