Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

I was assisted from soon after entering the store and the member of staff was super-helpful and immediately pointed out at least three options within my quoted budget. He kindly left me to look around, as I needed time to consider everything carefully. He quickly answered all my questions, assisting me with scanning QR codes and was very friendly throughout, not at all pushy.

We were welcomed on entering the store, asked the reason for our visit, given info as well as being offered the time to browse first.

From the moment we entered the store in Straiton we were greeted by Abbie who was extremely cheerful, friendly and professional. Abbie spent quite a bit of time with us, helping us pick out a mattress. We left the store the first time and told Abbie that we would be back to buy our tempur mattress which she was very understanding as the bed frames that we had picked were ‘blocked off the list’. We went back the following week and Abbie recognised us instantly and remembered exactly what we had picked out the previous week. Abbie must have answered about a million questions from us and given that she has only been working for Dreams for a week, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sales person.

All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. We were able to take away everything we needed that day and got some brilliant discounts on everything we bought. We're very pleased with everything, thank you!

Colin, with whom I was interacting was very friendly and well informed, I felt that he took the time to understand my needs and was very efficient at selecting products for me to try without making me feel in anyway rushed. My only criticism would me that the sleep machine was a little quite and hard hard to hear. However Colin took that feedback and ensured me that it had been noted and that the team were working to solve the problem.

Staff member - Abbie - approached us on arrival & was very helpful & knowledgeable. Escorted us around different items but also allowed us time alone.

Paula was so lovely serving us at the straiton retail park. She spent time ensuring we bought the correct bed and mattress for our needs.

I think the guy was the store manager. He was really great, not too pushy but was always there to answer questions
