David the sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest and didn't hound us every minute like some stores do.

From walking in the store we we're greeting immediately with a warm and friendly smile from Sebastian. He asked us what we were looking for and explained the differet type of matresses and what they were made. He even got pillows that suited us perfectly. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into buying a pricery product. Sebastian is an asset to your company from start to finish the whole process was smooth and was like we were being taken on a journey. We found the whole process a joyful experience.

I felt that Keith listened to my preferences and needs and was very helpful in finding mattresses which could be suitable. He managed to find one that not only suited very well but was available within the week which was essential. I don't have the mattress yet but have every faith it will be a good choice.

I was assisted very quickly and the assistant carried the item to my car as it was too heavy for me to manage.

We found Gary at the Straiton branch in Edinburgh extremely helpful, he answered all our questions, was knowledgeable about the different kinds of beds etc and prepared to allow us to reach a decision. Our intention was to remain within a certain budget we had agreed, however we spent more than we had planned. At no time did we feel pressurised to make a purchase, and because of Gary's help we made the decision to spend more than we had planned. All in all a productive visit and we look forward to trying out the product which is being delivered next week. Gary gave us a card which provided a Validation code, the code is : B181

We were welcomed into the shop. Offered a drink and were given time to walk around and browse for ourselves. Staff were on hand to help us with all our questions. Sales rep was very polite and extremely helpful. Made choosing and buying our bed and mattress easy and enjoyable.

When we visited your store at Straiton we only went in on spec as we did not have a clue as to what we wanted other than we needed a single bed quite quickly. Your assistant asked a couple of questions on our needs and then showed us a couple of options which would suit. Once we decided on the bed we wanted and your assistant had clarified with the other assistant when it could be delivered we just went ahead and went through the information that assistant required to finish the sale. No problems. Hope the delivery people are as efficient.

Sebastian dealt with us at your Straiton store in Edinburgh. He was absolutely fantastic as was his manager Frank. Sebastian's knowledge of the products that we were considering was excellent and there was no point where we felt we were being given the "hard sell". My partner and I wished to have some time to think about what we wanted and Sebastian recommended a very good coffee shop. We returned an hour later where Frank welcomed us once again to the store and Sebastian dealt with our order. We ended up ordering an extra mattress! Excellent service throughout. Sebastian was very knowledgable, helpful and above all a credit to Dreams. A very welcoming store.

I have looked around a few stores before I settled on Dreams. They have the best choice good prices and the staff were very helpful
