Paula was our assistant today and was wonderful. She had great product knowledge and helped us pick out the best bed and mattress for our needs.

Very friendly assistant Keith, he understood exactly what we required he was efficient polite and gave us several options allowing us time to try these without feeling pressured, he also took time to explain finance options that I had not been aware of, all together a good shopping experience

I wished to purchase metal headboards to go with the single beds I bought but there were only a couple to choose from so I have had to look elsewhere for them.

When we told Keith what we were looking for, he showed us some options and seemed knowledgeable about your products. We were happy to buy the beds recommended, and hope they will prove to be the right choice. We left the shop satisfied costomers.

The staff in the store were very helpful but also gave us space to browse when required rather than hanging around us. They were very knowledgeable and offered support where required.

The dreams assistant was extremely helpful which makes a difference when you're buying something which is expensive .
