Sebastian, the assistant showed us plenty of options to look at as we weren't 100% what we were looking for - he explained all the key features and ratings of the mattresses and helped us make an informed choice, he was very knowledgeable which was what we needed

The assistant spent time discussing what kind of bed we wanted, what bed frame and mattress, about delivery and also bedding .

I have been in the store on 3 occasions as I prepare to move into a new house. On each occasion and have been delighted by the friendliness and helpful attitude of the stasff who attended to me

We have used this store before a couple of years ago and purchased not only a bed but a complete bedroom set aswell all thanks to the the wonderful and friendly service given to us by Frank. This is why when we decided to upgrade our bed and mattress we looked around to see what we wanted then went back to see frank at dreams. Unfortunately he wasn't in store on the day but lucky for us Gary was,who was just as helpful and friendly and we came away with a really great deal on our bed and it's exactly what we wanted which is why we would not only recommend dreams but will be back ourselves.

David who was the assistant was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions very efficiently. When I returned the following day with my daughter to show her the bed the gentlemen working in the store were very nice and friendly nothing was a problem for them. I would definitely shop in Dreams again and would highly recommend the company to friends and family. The price of your beds is also very good as a bed of a very similar design in another store was £200 dearer

Great customer service, sales man made us feel comfortable bed listened to our needs. Offered tea and coffee etc.

The sales assistant was very knowledgable & friend, spent time with us explaining all the mattress firmness levels with no pressure to buy.

Customer service of the shopping assistant was very good and he helped me a lot when choosing my product. Definitely better service than Bensons for Bed where I was just half an hour before, however there was n o assistance and the prices as Dreams are also better.
