I went into the shop with a percificate bed in mind . frank and Gary spent the time on their PC to get exactly what I wanted they were brilliant

Good knowledge, good products and value for money.

We were greeted on arrival at the store by Frank who explained the different categories of the mattresses on offer. we were offered tea or coffee and then allowed to try out the mattresses for a short while. Frank then came back to offer us some more info on what we had looked at. After we decided what we were going to buy Frank then explained all the other options that were available to us ie insurance, delivery and recycling. He also explained the 40 day comfort exchange guarantee and your price promise. All in all an exceptional experience made easy by a very knowledgeable Store Manager.

We visited Dreams to purchase a new mattress and your employee Sebastian helped us through the process. We tried the various styles on mattress and Sebastian spoke to us about our needs, our sleeping habits etc and made excellent recommendations. He also helped showed us how much difference a good quality pillow can make. By the time we were finished we were bother delighted with our choice. Sebastian was not pushy at all and we felt completely happy that we had made the best decision for us. He was very knowledgeable and polite through the our visit.

As soon as I walked in a lady (blonde hair) smiled over, waved and was very happy. That set the tone. Then the manager Frank came over to help me, offered me alternatives to the product I had initially looked at but confirmed that my choice was the best - obviously I agreed. He then continued to up-sell me some pillow that I had no intention on buying but they come in handy anyway :) very good salesman and manager. I would certainly recommend this store above other stores to people.

Excellent service, not trying to be pushy or get a sale was happy to help and give expertise. That's why I returned.

There was no high pressure sales and the assistant was very helpful and informative of the products and explained the colour code that is used in store which I found very helpful. The staff where all very friendly and plenty were asked if we would like a cup of tea and were able to take as long as needed to try out the mattress to see which suited us best .

Paula explained everything perfectly and make the experience a dream the funny older gentleman was a delight also The bearded young guy makes a great cup of coffee.
