Gary gave me excellent service. His product knowledge was very good. I enjoyed the customer experience as there was no pressure to buy and was given plenty of time to make a decision. I prefer this type of service.

We got what we were looking for.

I called into the Straiton Edinburgh store at lunch time for a quick review of a new bed and headboard. I was approached by Frank who was very polite and knowledgeable. I didn't have much time but needed to know the outside dimensions of a couple of headboards. I indicated to Frank that I would return that evening with my wife. We were greated by Frank upon returning to the store, he introduced himself to my wife and presented me with the headboard dimensions I needed. Frank explained the difference in mattress types without giving us any sales pressure, which was great as we were able to review the products an make the right choice. The ordering process was assisted by Sebastian who was also very polite and knowledgeable, he took time to ensure we checked all of the order details before finalising the process. Well done to both Frank and Sebastian, a great customer experience and a credit to your business!
