The sales person was knowledgeable but not pushy unlike some of your competitors. We felt relaxed whilst discussing our needs and we were confident that we were being given the correct information and not just trying to make a sale. In fact we left the store to have lunch then returned much later to place our order.

I was really pleased with the speed I received with help and advise I received. the shop was very welcoming and bright and well layed out. It is a shop that you would be pleased to go back to and tell friends and relatives about the welcome you get when you go into the store.

Very friendly assistant, Paula, who was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and used her own experience of products to advise of the pros and cons. I never felt pressured into buying but instead felt she wanted to ensure I got the right product to match my needs. Paula was very good at giving me space and time to look and think about things and discuss with my mum. However, she was clearly "keeping a close eye on us" because as soon as we looked for her to ask a question, etc she was there right away - fabulous customer service from start to finish! The only down side to my visit was how long it took to actually place the order but, given everything we had to go through from the actual ordering of the product to the warranty options and credit agreement, this was unavoidable and the time taken to explain it all has meant I feel fully informed and feel that I have bought the right "add-ons" so to speak.

David, your assistant, was very helpful & welcoming. Bed types were very well explained and the differences in mattresses. We were encouraged to take as long as necessary to test beds out and were given our own pillows for the purpose.

Gentleman was very friendly and helpful, gave us information to assist us and left us to look about and try the beds. Gave us advice but did not put us under any pressure to buy. Also got a bargain with a set of pillows that were on offer.

We were served by a guy called david who was very very helpfull he seemed to know what he was talking about and aslo seemed to enjoy his job he went well out of his way to find the duvet we wanted for the new bed and git us one

Better and more attentive service than other stores I visited, for example Bensons Beds. Dreams were also able to deliver the item much quicker than competitor stores and I like the availability of the furniture assembly service and old bed collection that Dreams offer - very useful.

I have chronic back pain , Sciatic nerve is aggrivated at every move. We couldn't afford TEMPA but he advised us on DESIRE 26 Acti K IT GAVE US SUPPORT -To avoid discomfort A quick transaction followed DAVID is professional , knows his mattress' has an easy listening tone this helped while deciding on medical needs ... Tea and Coffee was offered .Requested water for painkillers - not a problem We thanked DAVID very much
