We brought out first mattress from dreams 2 years ago and went back to get 2 beds and another mattress last weekend. When we walked in Ross greeted us in and asked us what we were after. He offered us the sleep match, but we had done it before and knew we needed a firm mattress. He walked us around giving us a pillow and tissues to try the mattresses. He showed us the specific products within our budget and specifications. Once that was done, he left us to explore beds and would come back if we had questions and checked in on us to make sure we were okay and if we needed help. He also checked in for availability of products to make sure it's as per our expected delivery date. Overall we were glad to have walked into the store to get our beds and mattress and we were able to finalise it on the same day. The finance application process was easy and Ross also gave us a good deal. Also, all COVID guidelines were followed properly in the store. Highly recommend Dreams, the quality of products is really good and the staff are always professional and helpful.

Abbie greated us as soon as we walked in, used the bed identifier machine, to identify which beds would suit us them expertly guided us round the store to all the suitable beds and frames. Abbie was fantastic and really friendly, made bed shopping a great, relaxing and enjoyable experience.

First time I had visited a Dreams store. Went to Straiton store on outskirts of Edinburgh. Great experience. Thought the scientific bed matching machine for sleeping preferences was well explained. The staff member, Abbie had only been working in store for 3 weeks. Her product knowledge was excellent, and her manner was just right. Not pushy, just informed and helpful.
