The person who served us fully understood our needs and was not, in any way, pushy in his sale. We did shop around in two adjacent stores but the offers and range were much superior in dreams and the salesperson was extremely helpful within our sale.

Pleased to have had help when coming to make up mind on which beds would be suitable for my needs.

David was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable of the products. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find it very quickly.

The assistance Clare was wonderful we told her what kind of mattress we were looking for and she took ua right to them and had us test them out. Great service.

The advice provided to select the best mattress suited to my needs was slick and effective. I was very satisfied with assistance provided. The 40% sale was perfect timing, and all requirements ranging from pick up old the mattress and 40 days grace period was explained and set up with ease.

I was welcomed into the store by the sales person and, once I had made it clear what I was looking to buy, was offered options from which to choose. There was no "pressure" sales and I was impressed with the knowledge shown of all the products which I asked about. I was in the store for no more than 15-20 minutes and left satisfied that I had ordered the most appropriate bed for my purpose. As delivery is not due until the 19th August I cannot comment on the quality of the item. I would be happy to recommend this store to friends and family.
