We purchased our bed from dreams at straiton retail park. Our adviser was Paula and she was simply fantastic, she made our time in your store literally a dream come true, great product knowledge and wonderful customer service.

We went into the score to only have a quick look, within a second Paula came to greet us, we usually feel quick harassed in shops like these however she made it clear she wasn't going to annoy us however wanted to quickly explain the deals and to let her know if we need any assistance, within 5 minutes we approached her to ask for some more information, she was very knowledgeable, wasn't pushy and was honest, we walked out thinking about buying a new bed and within the next hour we came back to buy one and extremely happy with the price and service. Paula was very approachable and I would highly recommend going to this store to friends and family.

Gary was the staff member at Straiton edinburgh and he was hugely hugely knowledgeable, honest but not pushy when advising my bed choice I ended up with an mline 6 and staff's knowledge of the products were incredible and in depth. Took me forever to choose between a 6 and 8 mline and was even fetched a duvet to help me see what type of mattress would suit more. I was joking but didn't feel daft for asking as it came promptly without fuss! Cannot wait for my new bed. Feels like luxury. Thank you Straiton!

The sales assistant Clare at the Straiton branch was quick to understand my needs and my budget, showed me the relevant items that were available and pointed out the advantages and disadvantage of each. She also showed me what would be available if I were able to increase my budget without putting any pressure on me to do so. She was very tactful, informative, courteous and understanding all at the same time. She went out of her way to ensure that I got what I needed within my budget and time frame and recommended extra products that were on sale without making me feel pressured into buying them.

The sales assistant was very helpful without being pushy

We have not purchased a mattress since our sons were at Primary School and they are now in their 30's !! The reason being, we always needed money for more important things. However, the pains in our backs after waking each morning finally took their toll. We were served by a lovely woman called Clare who was very friendly...Not " Pushy " and obviously knew her stuff. We tried various mattresses ( while being offered Tea or Coffee ) and the whole experience was wonderful. Our mattress will be delivered very soon, but meanwhile, we took our Tempur Cloud pillows home with us. Can't wait to try them.I suppose you only get what you pay for, and if this means no more aches and pains, then this mattress will be worth every penny.

This was a low value purchase but salesman was still helpful regardless of whether i spent £100 or £1000.

Paula was extremely knowledgable and spent a significant amount of time getting to know me and my requirements. She explained in depth the difference between the product I was looking to buy (mattress) before getting me to test out the varying base type (traditional, combination etc.) so as to determine my preferences. Paula got me to test a selection of mattresses, each time asking me to tell her what I thought before moving to another. She finally directed me toward two mattresses she thought suited my preferences before providing advice, but leaving me alone to make the choice myself so as to not influence my decision or the sale.
