Clare was most helpful and efficient, it was a pleasure to meet her and other staff who were all pleasant to myself and my husband.

David, who assisted over two separate visits was very helpful and explained how the bed options worked. He was friendly and knowledgable without being in any way pushy. He offered the right balance of assisting us and leaving us to explore on our own. He kept checking in with us and if he wasn't sure about something checked with a colleague. Everyone was very friendly in store. The whole experience was pleasurable with none if the usual pouncing of sales people trying to coerce you towards something or upswell. He had a very nice manner and made us want to complete our purchase at Dreams.

We just visited the store to look at mattresses for our bed and your Lady Assistant was able to show us some quality goods that we became interested in purchasing. Clare , the Assistant was very professional in her approach to the queries we put to her and made us very comfortable. So that we were able to come to a very easy decision to make immediate purchases.

The member of staff (Clare) was welcoming, had a good depth of product knowledge. I arrived knowing what I wanted after having reviewed the options online and Clare was able to discuss the options available and when I was ready to order she was efficient in arranging and discussing my delivery options.

Our advisor Paula Satherley at the Straiton store in Edinburgh was extremely helpful without being pushy. Her knowledge and advice really helped us narrow down the choices of mattress that best suited our needs. Dispute being there for ages choosing and not coming to a final decision until closing time, Paula along with all the staff were very friendly, bringing us coffee and water while we completed the paperwork. Over a very pleasant experience.
