Very cheerful friendly sales assistant Paula extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel welcome and at ease. She never rushed us and helped us make the right decision on what bed would suit our needs.

David the Dreams Colleague whom assisted me whilst I purchased my product was extremely helpful and very patient as I kept changing my mind as in the purchase I was buying. I was offered tea, coffee and water whilst in the store.

Assistant was there to help as soon as we stepped in the door. He explained all about the mattresses to us and was very helpful. He then left us for a while so as we could look around at the bed frames and mattresses ourselves and try them out. He then came to see if we needed any more help and answered all our questions. David was our assistant and he was very polite and knowledgable.

I was originally served at the store by Clare who did get back to me with information I asked but only left a message and didn't phone me to pursue the sale to offer a special price for items I indicated I may purchase. It was on my second visit to the Store that i met Paula who I thought was excellent at her job she listened to everything was patient and went out her way to contact her superior by phone to secure a sale that day. I only had my mattress for a couple of years and probably wouldn't have changed it if not for Paula. I have been very successful myself for over 30 years in the Homeprovements business and appreciate someone who goes that extra bit to secure a sale. I have had a memory foam mattress prior to my mattress and deep down always wanted a Tempur. Hopefully it will be as good as I expect.

I was greeted when I walk in by all the staff and a lady called Paula was very helpful ,in finding a pillow to meet my needs as I have back and neck problems.She was great so helpful in letting me try these on the bed that I'm waiting to have delivered from dreams .I was so pleased with my first visit I decided to return to your store as I find your staff very friendly and very very helpful.

I knew what I wanted and Frank helped me to find it. He was extremely helpful, professional, knew his products and funny.
