Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

Staff recognised us from a previous visit the week before and remembered specific items we had shown an interest in. We were offered refreshments. One of our kids needed to use the toilet and was allowed,to use the staff facility. Staff were friendly without being over familiar. Excellent advice given re our requirements

The Dreams assistant was very experienced and friendly. There was no pressure at all to make a purchase. Even though this was not our first visit for our bed and mattress the assistant was just as patient with his advice and help.

Both the colleague (Gary) and the manager (Frank) were very helpful and attentive, offering us several different options which suited our needs. They were very knowledgeable about each product and we felt we received valuable advice. Gary offered us a cup of tea or coffee so that we could sit down and consider our options properly before making our purchase. Great service, thanks!

David the Sales Rep, was very friendly and I liked his jargon free approach. Nothing was rushed we were allowed to make our own decision and he was on hand whenever we needed him to assist and give advice. Top marks for him.

Many thanks to Sebastian - sales assistant and Frank - store manager for allowing our well behaved labrador Tia into the Dreams store in Straiton. This resulted in a stress free experience for us to select our purchase. Not having to pop back and forth to the car allowed us to concentrate on Sebastians excellent advice and suggestions and we tested out a number of mattresses before making our choice. we were even offered refreshments. as was Tia. Delivery was as smooth a process as the purchase with the mattress delivered at the stated time and date by Michael and Chris.
