I was very satisfied with the base very comfy pity there wasn't a flat to go with it for free lol

Sebastian was very attentive but not 'too pushy', so we felt we trusted his input and was very helpful on the day

Staff was very polite & friendly. Explained things very well and Store itself was very clean & well set up.

The member of staff (Paula) was extremely knowledgable and helpful

We have bought beds from this store before . David who served us was very helpful and had the understanding of our needs. He took time to explain to us what we needed .

Frank was very helpful on our first preliminary visit and Sebastian was excellent when we returned to buy a bed for our mother who is 91 and unable to visit the store. Advice on which bed was best, etc was invaluable to us.

We were very impressed with Claire as she was friendly, did not badger us, was knowledgable and was good with our daughter.
