Great sales staff

Paula was brilliant. She wasn't a typical pushy sales person. The original bed I wanted (double Cooper ottoman) wasn't going to be in stock until January at the earliest so I decided to look at other options. I ended up going for the double Isabella ottoman that I'd originally thought about buying. If there is a reward for best sales person I'd definitely give it to Paula.

The display of the beds in the store was good. The colour system helped in understanding the differences in the mattresses. The sales staff were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable. We did not feel we needed to hurry, as we were given all the time we needed to make our decision.

Sebastian was very patient,pleasant and extremely helpful and I will definitely return beginning of next year for a good mattress for myself ( only if he is still there to help me)

Was greeted quickly and warmly. Was given space to browse when needed and approached when i was ready. Offered a drink. Clare was lovely and patient also paula had been speaking with my 10 year old son whom my son said he needed a divan so monsters couldnt get under the bed, paula told me about a worry monster next door which I bouggt and my son has used evety day since so thank you paula and Claire. They also let my son test all the beds and set up room with dvd for him.

Clare was really helpfull took time showing us matresses and pillows didn't make us feel rushed. A great experience and so friendly

Sales person was easy in his manner and friendly, not in anyway pushy.

I was met by Paula who crossed the shop floor to greet me. I explained that I was looking for a 'hotel quality' mattress as I only sleep well in hotels now that my mattress is so old (antedeluvian...). Paula suggested a range of mattresses with natural fibre fillings and pocket sprung. As I was deciding which I liked best, she read my mind and suggested I try a cheaper mattress... Great saleswoman! And she lent me her reading glasses when I couldn't find mine. Overall I'm very happy and really looking forward to hotel quality sleep in my own bed. Thank you

The advisor who helped us (Clare) was fantastic. We don't have a lot of money so were looking at the very cheapest things and we were dressed pretty scruffily, but she was very respectful and friendly and understanding of our needs. She knew a great deal about the products and gave us very useful information. She also gave us time alone to discuss things among ourselves without interference. I couldn't have asked for more.

Highly satisfied with the service and time given to us by a really confident sales lady Clare. Could not have been more helpful and nothing too much bother. Spent a lot of time with us.
