Frank and Clare were highly knowledgable about the various types of mattresses available and we were left alone for the appropriate time to decide on what we liked. There was no hard sell and they didn't point us to the most expensive products first.

We were very pleased with David's knowledge he helped us to identify which mattress best suited my needs and clearly explained about the trial period and the benefits of Bedcover Sevice Plan.

The assistant was very personable, professional and had excellent product knowledge.

Paula made all the difference to day and helping us find our perfect mattress, while we went on our own to look at beds. I enjoyed trying out all the different ones as this was a good laugh.

Popped into the store at straton for a quick look and we were met by a store assistant called David, told him we were just looking at the moment and he asked if there was something specific we were looking for, after chatting with him about our needs he seemed to know what we needed and showed us a selection then said he had the perfect bed for us and he was spot on. No hard sale strategy from him, his knowledge of the products and very friendly easy manner brought us back a week later to buy the bed.

Clare was excellent. She showed us a whole range of products that met our needs, patiently answered all our questions and was professional throughout.
