Was very impressed with the quality of the furniture also staff were very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend dreams to my family and friends

The store was well laid out. After an appropriate amount of time a member of staff approached us. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. He enhanced our shopping experience and, as a result, we bought a sofa-bed.

The lady who served us was very polite and friendly, as were the other staff.

From the initial welcome to the final transaction my wife and I were dealt with in a very professional but friendly manner. The lady assistant was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Although the goods were more expensive than we had perhaps considered before entering the store, time was taken to ensure we understood the benefits of the goods we were buying and that they would meet our expectations.

Sales assistant listened to what I wanted and offered particular ones for us to try. They were not pushy and left as to look at our options
