The store was well laid out. After an appropriate amount of time a member of staff approached us. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. He enhanced our shopping experience and, as a result, we bought a sofa-bed.

From the initial welcome to the final transaction my wife and I were dealt with in a very professional but friendly manner. The lady assistant was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Although the goods were more expensive than we had perhaps considered before entering the store, time was taken to ensure we understood the benefits of the goods we were buying and that they would meet our expectations.

Approached almost immediately and pointed in the direction of the item we were interested in. Really liked being left alone to discuss our choice then helped with a few questions we had. Placing the order was quick. Staff were very helpful
