Paula spent a lot of time explaining the difference between different mattresses and ensuring that I had ample opportunity to test out the various types. She answered all questions carefully and thoroughly and ensured that I understood everything about the order and when the bed would be delivered. I left the store convinced that I had made the correct purchase and I am looking forward to the mattress being delivered.

The assistant Claire took time to explain the quality and difference in each of the mattresses I looked at. She gave sound advice. No question went unanswered. Excellent service from this lady.

Our needs were adequately satisfied by helpful staff and we were offered a hot drink while we browsed which was gratefully received as we had travelled over 60 miles to visit your store. Culminating in a successful conclusion by all concerned. If the delivery and the purchases turn out as good you will have one highly satisfied customer.

The service from your member of staff was excellent, he was very knowledgable and patient as I had my 2 year old son with me! He even offered him a balloon which made him very happy!

Frank, the Store Manager, was exceptionally friendly and not pushy at all. It is clear that he knows his stuff and answered all of our questions and second-guessed some of the questions that might have had. Processing the order was quick and delivery has been promised for when suits us the best. Thank you.

The assistant who served us was incredibly helpful and very friendly without being pushy. There was a very long delay whilst we waited on the credit company approving our finance, as it was obviously a busy time. The sales assistant did everything he could to speed up the process and offered us tea which was much appreciated. This delay in no way detracted from the Wonderfull service provided by the in store staff.

The sales assistant Paula was extremely helpful in helping us decide what we wanted, she was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and spent a lot of time with us explaining the different mattress types and their differences. Had we not spoken to Paula it is unlikely we would have actually made a purchase. She asked us to try different firmnesses until we found our perfect solution, which was actually a Tempur mattress when we initially thought we were looking for a Sealy. We liked the fact that she suggested we do this as it just shows that sometimes the most suitable product is something you wouldn't have otherwise tried. We were in the store for a good couple of hours but we didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Even though Paula clearly explained all the products on offer, we didn't feel pushed to make a purchase in any way which we really liked and she knew when to leave us alone to discuss between ourselves which we appreciated. We will definitely be recommending Dreams to our friends and family!
