I am highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams because the sales assistant was very helpful. He listened to our needs/budget and then he came up with a number of possible options. He also took the time to talk us through the different types of mattresses and bed frames. He also offered us a drink while we were placing our order. The overall experience was excellent (sales assistant name: Daniel).

David served us and was very friendly. He understood mine and my fiancé Liams needs and explained everything in full detail. He offered us a hot drink and let us try out the product thoroughly before deciding. He also gave us lots of different price options and took the time and patience to ensure we were fully satisfied. We were approached promptly on entry, then on saying what we were looking for, given a good description and assessment of goods on offer, with explanation for price differences. Special offers incl. free delivery were pointed out and option for removal of old mattress and base was pointed out. We were given a seat and offered tea or coffee while paying and arranging delivery. Other enquiries e.g. Testing of pillows were compently dealt with. The staff member was friendly and attentive throughout.

I was greeted very quickly, I was only looking to buy an inflatable bed however I was offered a seat and a coffee and was made to feel important. I need a new bed for my son in June / July and because of the service I received I will absolutely go back. Well done guys , professional and friendly .

Assistant was just excellent and knew her facts about beds and supporting the back. Excellent customer service.
