Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

The assistant at the Edinburgh store (I think his name was Sebastian) was excellent. He took the trouble to understand what I wanted and why and helped me make an informed decision. I have stayed away from Dreams for several years because of a previous poor experience with an assistant but this visit has restored my confidence in your brand.

My wife and I visited your store to look at a new bed we thought of buying, before coming to your store we visited another on the industrial estate. We visited the other one first due to seeing they had a similar bed to the one we wanted for much cheaper. Unfortunately no one in the store approached me or my wife to aid us in our search for our new bed. I personally come from a showroom background and take offence when someone doesn't follow basic sales manner, as we entered your store however the sales person Danny approached us, welcomed us and then left us to look around before returning to see if he could assist us. The bed we wanted to look at wasn't in store for us to get a good look at, but we got shown to a small display in the store that showed the true colours and feel of this made to order bed. During the visit we where shown around the rest of the store to look at matching mattresses to fit our potential choice of bed, We then got shown the difference in styles and quality, despite the difference in cost we had been sold on the overall product. In the end we purchased a new bed, Mattress, pillows and installation. All within our original budget thoughts.

Helpful well informed staff and when I advised them that I wanted to just look around they didn't follow me round the store which I hate so this was appreciated

Both Clare and Frank were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Even the coffee was good!

When we went into the store an assistant approached us and asked what we required. He then showed us where to find them and left us to browse ourselves. He wasn't pushy or in your face as I have found in other stores. He asked if we would like a coffee which we accepted and we said we had found what we were looking for. He showed us various colours and materials that we could get so a deal was done. Very happy with our shopping experience.

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgable. He listened to what I was looking for in a product and advised me confidently without making me feel under pressure to make a purchase.

we were met at the door by very friendly assistant who then allowed us to have a good look round before helping us decide on the mattress we wanted.David was extremely helpful and knowledgable, he gave us pillows of our choice to help us try out the mattresses. placing the order was very easy and the speed of delivery was great, all in all a great buying experience.

Buying for my daughter's new student flat. Bed that was on offer was great quality and well priced. David, the store assistant was knowledgeable, understanding of out needs, witty, and doing his bit in-store for charity.

Our sales advisor Paula was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything and she took the time to explore our needs with us. Paula was upfront about our bed not being in stock and followed up on her promise to phone us when it came in. We would have liked to have known how long we would have been waiting for our bed frame to be delivered as we would have perhaps bought this elsewhere so we could have got our mattress quicker- our bed frame can't be delivered for almost 7 weeks..had we known this we would have bought the frame elsewhere and our mattress only from dreams. However this was not Paula's fault and she honoured the discount we would have got (offer was no longer ongoing when we paid for the bed) without question. Without a doubt Paula made our experience highly positive

Great friendly service, very pleasant and knowledgeable, entertained my little girl while we decided on our bed too.
