We received an immediate and friendly welcome, followed by extensive advice and guidance on the product range available. Frank was well-informed and was able to lay out the benefits and disadvantages of the products we were viewing. There was no pressure to purchase, but because both the product and the price seemed right we went ahead. David, who handled the processing of the sale, was also friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, especially when explaining the cover available and the 40 night guarantee.

Paula was an excellent assistant. Met us as soon as we entered. Listened tour needs carefully giving appropriate adevice about the range of beds on offer. Dealt with paperwork efficiently and did not hurry us along even though finalising the paperwork took us well put scheduled closing time. My partner had been dreading shopping for a bed, but Paula made it an uplifting experience and my partner came out singing her praises. Well done, Paula.
