Sales staff very polite even offered tea/coffee and was goid to go into a shop and not be hit with the hard sales pitch and sales assistant over your sholder following you was a pleasure shopping at dreams and will be back

David was very helpful and friendly, and did not oversell, he let us pick what we wanted and was able to answer all questions

Plenty beds on display and got the one I wanted

Having been let down by one of your competitors I was a slightly weary shopper and resented having to start shopping again however Paula was extremely welcoming and very bright and cheerful, which helped to turn the shopping experience into a real pleasure. Having identified there were three types of bed which I quite liked, and taking into account my aches/pains due to arthritis and spinal damage, Paula took the time to show me several models within each range and explained the differences very well. Nothing was too much trouble and I was even provided with a coffee and a bottle of water during my visit which was very much appreciated. Even though I informed Paula early on in our conversation that I planned to compare prices and products with one other shop there was no hesitation in continuing to offer me full attention and assistance and I didn't realise that we had actually reached closing time for the store until her colleague said goodnight. I decided to purchase from your store partially due to being very happy with the bed but I would like to say that predominantly my decision was based on Paula's assistance and customer service, which is fantastic.

From the moment we entered the store we were given great attention from paula, she was friendly and listened to what we were looking for and had great knowledge in the mattresses.

As we walked into the store, Paula greeted us in a pleasant manner and enquired of our needs, refreshment where offered of either a hot drink or cold, she then began to explain each type of bed and the different ways in which they where made and their benefits. Paula also gave us privacy to speak freely between ourselves, but was always close by if we needed to ask anything else and gave us her undivided attention.

Great service from Paula who offered great advice and was very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Very satisfied customer.

Sales assistant was very helpful

Paula, the lady who was serving us at the Straiton location in Edinburgh was simply amazing. The store was meant to close at 8.00pm, however, regardless of the timings, she explained in detail about all the products and gave us our time to decide peacefully and try out what we liked. It was more than 45 minutes beyond the closing time by the time my husband & I got around to the bed of our choice, then billing and payments. Paula was very patient and a lovely lady. We felt we were not being pushed by conventional sales and marketing staff that you would find in other big shops. Paula had an in-depth idea about the products that helped us make the right decisions. We got the ed delivered on the day we were promised and as promised by Paula, the Sealy Lates mattress, the latex pillows and the foam pillows are all brilliant.

David and Frank where extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no "hard sell" which actually encouraged me to make a quick purchase but also allowed me to buy exactly what I required.
