Sales people, Clare and Sebastian, both friendly and helpful. Good rapport built. I subsequently only went to Dreams in Elgin when I wanted to buy a mattress for our own house and bought a Tempur mattress there.

Dream's employee, Clare (validation code:181) was very friendly on both my visits while I was trying to find the best mattress. She was trying to help me find the best mattress for me, not the most expensive or something that didnt fit for purpose.

The sales assistant Clare, approached us as we entered the store to introduce herself and asked if we required any assistance. At that point we did not, however she was always nearby to answer any questions and was knowledgable on the products. When we had decided on the bed Clare then helped us pick the right mattress to suit our requirements. We were not rushed in any way, Clare made suggestions that then enabled us to pick the correct item.

We were assisted by Daniel at the Edinburgh Straiton store, he was very friendly and helpful, if there was anything he was unsure about because of my husband's disability he made every effort to find the information for us.
