the experience was really good because the sales person didn't force us into making a decision on the day. They had prompted a few other factors we hadn't considered which was useful advice-. The supportive style was welcome.

Clare was very knowledgeable and very helpful during our choosing of a new mattress and pillows,

We were given time to look around the store without being approached immediately as we crossed the threshold. The Dreams colleague approached us in a friendly manner and offered assistance and then left us to look around again. We were shown the storage under the bed and the ease of use to lift this so we could access it. Once we decided to place an order and were waiting on a computer becoming free we were offered tea/coffee and the Dreams colleague apologised for the delay (which wasn't a problem).

Clare was very helpful in sharing her knowledge on mattress types etc. She also allowed me the time and space to think alone without rushing me into a rash purchase.

The staff clearly explained where things were in the shop and then let me just look around, and lie on beds (I was shopping for a bed) without hovering around me. So when Clare came back over to me I'd had sufficient time to make up my mind without feeling pressured.

Friendly & excellent customer service

David introduced himself almost straight away and discussed the layout of the store. He was not pushy in any way, giving us time to look but seemed to recognise when we were requiring some guidance and showed good knowledge of all the products we viewed.

Excellent service from assistant
