Helpful friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing a new bed for my partner and I and also our sons bed. I couldn't recommend them enough.

When walked into the store, there was an assistant came to help us with in minutes, she was very helpful, and the service she gave us was excellent. We purchase our mattress, and the deliver date was set for 3 days which was very good.

Hi, The staff were so friendly and helpful, we attended the store at Straiton where we were greeted by Frank on a very hot Saturday afternoon, Frank offered us a refreshment, we had thanked him but declined so he offered a drink if we wanted one later (so kind) we then started our shopping with Claire as we had a list of items we wished to look at, Claire gave us her full attention and talked us through the products advising a better product to suit our needs, also shopping can be difficult as my wife suffers from a brain injury and bipolar but Claire and the staff were extremely understanding of my wife's needs and chatted away to her with great respect. We were then again offered a refreshment where I gladly took the offer of a bottle of cold water, it helped massively. My daughter came along on the shopping trip and was so impressed she very much wants to purchase her new bed from the same store after her wedding she we can afford it. Excellent team of lovely people. Thank you Dreams, we cannot wait to get a lovely nights sleep very soon. Zzzzzzz

Greeted by Frank who offered us refreshments and enquirer if we needed any assist and if we had been in before. As we explained that we had and we just wished to look round he gave us space to do so until we were ready

Service and knowledge of products excellent. Only disappointment was speed of processing order due to lack of shop floor terminals.

Paula, our sales assistant was extremely welcoming and friendly. She assisted us with any query that we had and steered us into the direction of the bed we ended up buying. She was very knowledgeable on all of your products and helped us choose the bed that best suited us. 10/10

Efficient but not over attentive service. Manager particularly personable, helpful and proactive in giving us info we needed.

From them minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a member of staff ,we said initially that we were just looking ,so Paula explained the layout of the store and colour coded areas.She then left us browse ,after some time she came back and we explained to her what we were interested in ,and fully explained the different qualities of the product ,we ended up in the Tempur booth experiencing the Tramore K adjustable bed ,which we ended up ordering

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very attentive without being pushy.
