Clare was lovely, very knowledgeable of the products in the store and found me exactly what I wanted within 10 mins. Even made my mum and I a coffee, whilst we completed my order. Just unfortunate that the first delivery date was 2 1/2 weeks away.

I was given great advice. The sales assistant worked within my budget and choose to show me very relevant stuff and spent a lot of time even though my budget was not massive. They also upsold me a lot of great stuff with fantastic discounts that I did want to purchase eventually but had not remembered about.

Clare was very knowledgable and understanding of my needs, without being pushy. She explained the difference in the matresses and gave me options. I was also pleased to receive a special offer on pillows and being able to have everything bought in one place. I particularly liked Clare's soft, friendly and polite manner.

Paula explain everything perfectly was close and friendly telling us professional opinions and characteristics of the products. What's really helpful.

Service advisor knew exactly how to handle any question I asked. very competent. A really enjoyable visit for someone who doesn't enjoy shopping.
