Your colleague was very patient and very knowledgeable took lots of time to explain and answer any questions I had. Also a very nice touch was being offered tea or coffee on entering the store.

the knowledge of your salesperson,answering all my queries quickly, showing me alternatives and making suggestions that i had not considered had assisted me in making my purchase easier.

Sales person Sebastian was proffesional through out the entire sale and although he tried to as any good salesman would try to sell other products accepted when we declined without being pushy which made the experience far better than other stores we visited prior to Dreams

Got exactly what we wanted and the sales assistant took the time to explain everything required to make our decision while giving us space to discuss the products among ourselves. The bed we wanted happens to have £300 off which was a pleasant surprise when we came into branch.
