Although assistant was busy with other customers he acknowledged me courteously and professionally.....His abundant product knowledge impressed me as he explained thoroughly and in a fashion that I understood and would be able to relate it to my mother for whom I was shopping.....Truly job well done most impressive and enjoyable shopping experience..

We felt Sebastian had a great knowledge of the store and of the products. He understood our needs and was more than happy to find out anything we asked him. We felt that he cared and that his customer service was excellent.

Excellent service, advisers were attentive without being pushy. Pricing layout was slightly confusing but managed fine. Didn't feel rushed or ignored. Delivery time was quick (this is one of my personal bugbears..if I buy something of high value I would expect to receive it fairly quickly, sofa shops should take note and learn from you!) Delivery drivers were polite and efficient. Al in all a pretty perfect experience.

Claire was extremely knowledgeable about the products available. She was patient and friendly without being overbearing, as some sales assistants are in other furniture stores nearby.

We weren't sure what exactly to go for and the Sales Assistant (Sebastian) was extremely helpful giving us lots of information and advice in a very friendly and professional manner. From selecting a bed through to delivery and payment, nothing was too much trouble and he did everything in a very pleasant manner.

The member of staff, Claire, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were offered hot chocolate or coffee but we'd just had coffee in a nearby cafe. Another customer told me her hot chocolate was excellent. I bought the Tempur pillow used when I was trying out the various beds. The best pillow I've ever had, it's amazing. I hope I can say the same about my new mattress, when it is eventually delivered.

Found exactly what I wanted with the help of the staff was offered tea coffee or hot chocolate while.my order went through very pleased so well done and thank you xxx

The assistant, Paula, was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience a pleasure rather than a chore, and we left the store feeling much more relaxed and happy than when we entered it. We had come in to have an initial look but Paula was so helpful and we were so impressed with the mattress that we bought one that day.

We had been around several stores but Dreams was the only one that had exactly what we were looking for and in the price range that we were wanting to pay. The staff were very helpful acknowledge us on arrival but did not overcrowd us.Where very knowledgeable regarding the product.
