Andrew in store was so helpful as it was first time shopping for a mattress in a long time . measured us up on your machine thing and got us the perfect mattress in our budget , friendly and up for a laugh. Couldn't have asked for better service

Abbie took me to the sleep/mattress machine, she explained everything very well. She left me to it and returned immediately after me getting up. She took the print out from the machine and took me around the shop to try approximately 7 mattresses. Out of these I was easily able to pick my top two. If I'm honest, I wasn't going to spend this much money on a mattress, beforehand I was going to buy one elsewhere for almost 50% of the price I paid at your store but I was so impressed with the level of service, how approachable your staff was, friendly and down to earth plus of course the products are top notch. Abbie has written down all my favourite mattresses and bed frames as I had to think about it. She wrote the contact number in case of any questions. The next day I could easily place an order online but I was extremely grateful for all her efforts and professional recommendations so I called her up at the store and placed an order with her over the phone. All I can say is that my overall experience was a second to none and that your staff had created the best atmosphere one could ask for. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you very much!

Paula took the time to show me a number of mattresses and explain everything clearly

I walked into the store in Kinnaird Park, Loanhead and was approached by a lovely lady, Paula who asked if I needed help or if I wanted to browse. When I said yes I needed a really good bed as I have arthritis mainly in my back. Wonderful woman knew exactly which bed after lying on the "magic" bed! She was very thorough and I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new bed!

We entered the store looking for a new mattress as we needed a new one to help with my wife's medical changes and our current one is dated and causing sleepless nights. We were met by Abbie and from start to finish she was extremely helpful and understanding. We were offered to use the sleep simulator and teas and coffees. Our daughter was also offered a cold beverage or hot chocolate. Once we were finished with the machine and suggested mattresses made, Abbie kindly took us around the most suitable ones on offer, explained a little about each one and we were given time to try them out ourselves.

The man who served us (Andrew?) was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the sleep match machine and the variety of mattresses available to try. It made shopping for a mattress much simpler.

Sebastian was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
