Friendly staff, good producs

James the person who served us listened to us and understood what we were wanting to buy he obviously has a lot of experience in dealing with the publics needs

Abbie knew her product really well and was able to guide us through everything

Assistant served us quickly and showed us several bed that we found comfortable. I never thought the machine that shows which mattress is suitable would work but it does.

Very satisfied staff very friendly

The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We just went in for an initial look as we weren't sure what type of mattress we needed. Straightaway we were approached and the sales advisor offered to do the sleep analysis so she could point us to the best options. Another advisor took us round to the recommended beds, explained them and letvus test. At no point did we feel the advisors were pushy with us which was great. We ended up buying one there and then.

When in for a single mattress for the wee man, came out getting a mattress better than expected. The sales colleague was friendly and helpful. Listened to the needs and suggested a few different options, but we decided to stick with the first one. The wee man loves his new bed

We were welcomed as soon as we walked into the shop at Straiton, Edinburgh by a sales assistant named James. He listened to the specific requirements my son had when looking to purchase a new mattress. James was polite, attentive and had very good knowledge of the various mattress types. We were offered refreshments and we felt that our custom was genuinely valued. A pleasant shopping experience and we were successful in making a purchase.
