The assistant (Clare in Edinburgh) listened very attentively to our reasons for changing our bed and helped us make the right choice. She made sure to understand our decision criteria. Was also very friendly. A very polished professional.

Staff were helpful and cheerful very nice

The staff member was genuine and attentive. His name was Danny i believe. He listened to what we needed and made adjustments and recommendations based on what we were telling him and we are really happy about our purchase.

All of the people I have dealt with on my 3 visis to the store have been exceptionally friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable (Claire, Frank and a third whose name I don't remember). They have dealt with each visit with great efficiency, listened to my needs and tried their very best to provide the products which are perfect for me. The only criticism although very minor is that the process for registering for credit took a little longer than I would have typically expected - perhaps this process can be streamlined?
