Got what I was looking for even if it was a bit pricey. The service from Clare was very high quality

Staff were friendly but not pushy. Took time to answer questions. Liked the quality of the beds and the fact they were not too high.

as soon as we entered the store Clare assisted me with everything I needed and more. she suggested various things that I may need, she was really nice and friendly we where offered drinks and she was full of chat. I really liked her.

The store assistant (David) was very helpful and knowledgeable without in any way pressuring sales. We were provided with details and types of appropriate mattresses and had plenty of time to examine and test out various options.

David at the store In loanhead couldn't have been more helpful, guided me through a different range of beds and what they offer. He Gave me a pillow and time to try out each different bed to see what suited me. I was offered a drink while I was trying different beds. Very much satisfied with my experience at this store. 5 star customer service. Thank you David.

Paula was superb. She went over and above my expectations, was very friendly, knowledgable and took the time to talk through the options suited to my needs. Offered a coffee whilst placing the order. Overall excellent service and I would happily come back to Dreams in the future
