We are in the process of moving house & the shop floor assistant (Clare - Edinburgh Straiton) was hugely knowledgeable & helpful throughout the purchasing & selection process, an absolute credit to your company. We were very lucky to get both beds & mattresses we were after in the same store

Very patient and helpful assistant.

The assistant who served us did not rush us in our decisions or pressure us into a sale. He was very patient. He took his time to show us all of the options on offer and even moved furniture within the store to aid us in our decision making

Frank the store manger was very helpful and gave good advice, and tried hard to meet our demands. Good choice of options to meet my needs and my requirements being met on leaving the store. Very professional and polite
