Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

We got what we wanted with minimal fuss.

We went in to Dreams to view beds and get information on Tempura mattresses and met a staff member, Clare Muller, who gave us absolutely brilliant service, explaining the options, taking account of our needs and generally giving us the kind of service that was over and above what we expected, though maybe that is just the Dreams service?! Either way, we'll tell our family and friends about the service and quality.

Paula was amazing from start to finish, she made sure the kids were catered for whilst my husband and I were shown a number of mattresses. This gave us time to try them out with no disturbances which made the whole experience very enjoyable ( and stress free)

The assistant was very knowledgeable and allowed us time to reflect without being pushy.

Friendly sales person, highly knowledgeable, helped us determine our needs. Not pushy, the right amount of information at the right time for us. Oh and patient. :-)

Paula was very knowledgeable. She asked lots of relevant question about me and my spouse and let us try lots of beds she recommended. She was not pushy but very pleasantly informative.

Great personal service from Sebastian. We did not have to wait to speak someone about what we would like and his knowledge helped us to find what was right for us.

The assistant, called David, was extremely helpful but not pushy and left me to make my own choice. After I had made my choice he was most helpful in completing the necessary paperwork.

This is the second visit in a few months, as I went with my daughter who furnished her flat and found the staff to be very friendly and fun
